A federal judge conceded that a planned copper mine will destroy a site sacred to the Apache people, but refused to stop a land swap at the site.

The Mega Millions jackpot rose to $198 million for the drawing on Friday, Aug. 15, after no one matched all the winning numbers in the drawing on Tuesday, Aug. 12.

The unanimous FTC vote comes after the U.S. Department of Education dropped a multimillion-dollar fine over similar allegations.
