Seattle getting a few preseason showdowns against their former AFC West rivals is not uncommon. The Seahawks are often paired with the Chiefs, Raiders, Broncos and Chargers. Last year they only faced the Chargers in the preseason.

Looking at the 2025 schedule, the Seahawks have a similar stretch that could be decisive. It occurs much later in the season however. Assuming the Seahawks stay within striking distance of the NFC West division title, the Week 16 and 18 showdowns with the San Francisco and Los Angeles Rams could determine the division.
