An affidavit released in the criminal complaint against shooting suspect Elias Rodriguez says he fired at the embassy workers several times.

Sarah Milgrim, killed outside the Capital Jewish Museum Wednesday with her boyfriend, Yaron Lischinsky, was very involved in Jewish life.
