The Saturday night game marked Paige Bueckers ’ first game at the College Park Center, the Wings’ home arena in Arlington. The No. 1 overall pick had a good night, scoring 15 points and adding 5 rebounds and 6 assists in just under 23 minutes on the floor.

The No. 1 pick of the 2025 WNBA draft scored 15 points as the Wings claimed an 119-52 win over the Toyota Antelopes of the Women's Japan Basketball League. The crowd gave Bueckers a loud cheer as she took the court at College Park Center for her first WNBA action at home. Bueckers was visible early in the game as both a playmaker and scorer.

With the preseason now complete, the Dallas Wings are ready to begin their 2025 regular season. They’ll stay home to face the Minnesota Lynx on May 16 and the Seattle Storm on May 19. Bueckers’ first regular-season road game is set for May 21 in Minnesota.
