T exas Governor Greg Abbott has vowed to "act now" to protect the state's children after vetoing a bill that would have banned cannabis-derived tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products across Texas.

Texas Governor Abbott signed 1,155 bills into law and vetoed 28, and announced a Special Session for further legislative matters.
