Adam Schiff asked Emil Bove, a DOJ official Trump has nominated to be a federal judge, at his confirmation hearing Wednesday about a "whistleblower" complaint that says he directed DOJ employees to ignore court orders earlier this year when the administration was planning to invoke the Alien Enemies Act to facilitate deportations of gang members.
