Nearly two dozen sea turtle hatchlings were found dead in Atlantic Beach after an apparent attack by an unleashed dog, city officials said Thursday.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office is searching for 10-year-old Perla Rodriguez-Jandres, who was last seen near Empire Way and Melaleuca Lane.
