An off-duty San Francisco Police Department rookie accused of driving under the influence and smashing into another vehicle and causing injuries on Saturday has been charged, the district attorney’s office announced on Tuesday.
San Francisco Police arrested an off-duty officer, Ryan Kwong, for DUI causing injuries after a serious collision.
Ryan Kwong, 28, is no longer employed with the San Francisco Police Department. Kwong is charged with four counts of DUI causing injury and reckless driving stemming from a crash over the weekend.
