The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced the recall of more than 443,800 Nissan vehicles because of an issue with the engine bearings.
Nissan is recalling nearly 443,900 vehicles across certain models under its namesake and Infiniti brands in the U.S. over a faulty part that could cause their engines to fail.
In a recall notice posted with the the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Nissan said it had identified bearing failures in certain vehicles. Nissan is recalling 443,899 vehicles in the U.S., the notice shows. In Canada, 37,837 are affected, a Nissan spokesperson told the Associated Press.
