The International Criminal Court (ICC) has junked former President Rodrigo Duterte’s plea to reschedule his first court appearance. Duterte’s legal counsel and former Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea made this known in his manifestation during the pretrial on Friday night (Philippine time).
