NEW YORK (AP) — The FBI has made an arrest in New York in connection with an explosion of a Palm Springs, California fertility clinic, three law enforcement officials familiar with the matter said Wednesday. Federal prosecutors are expected to release details about the case at a news conference in Los Angeles.

Daniel Park, 32, is expected to appear in Brooklyn Federal Court on Wednesday afternoon as he makes his way back to the West Coast to face charges in the terror attack.

The FBI have arrested a man at New York's John F Kennedy airport on Tuesday night in connection with last month's car bombing outside a fertility clinic in Palm Springs, California. Authorities said Daniel Park, 32, from Kent, Washington, sent 180 pounds of ammonium nitrate - an ingredient used in homemade bombs - to Guy Edward Bartkus.
