Amy Betros, a co-founder of St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy and a pillar on Buffalo's East Side, has died at the age of 71.
She turned 71 last week, said the Rev. Paul Seil, a retired priest. Betros died seven years to the day after St. Luke's co-founder Norm Paolini, who was also 71.
