WINNIPEG -- Josh Morrissey is expected to return for the Winnipeg Jets when they try to even the series against the Dallas Stars in Game 2 of the Western Conference Second Round at Canada Life Centre on Friday (9:30 p.m. ET; CBC, TVAS, SN, TNT, truTV, MAX).

The Winnipeg Jets and Dallas Stars are set to do battle in Game 2 from Canada Life Centre on Friday night. Once again facing off in the late-night, 8:52 PM central time slot, the two very central clubs will be up late determining the series standings before the best-of-seven shifts to Texas for Games 3 and 4 over the next four days.

The Dallas Stars will roll out the same lineup they had in Game 1 against the Winnipeg Jets on Friday night, head coach Pete DeBoer said. That means defenseman Miro Heiskanen — who had knee surgery in February, and hasn’t played since Jan. 28. — still hasn’t gotten the green light to return to action.
