Zach Wilson, who was a member of Gang Green from 2021-23, had an impressive first half for the Dolphins on Saturday, helping them beat the Lions 24-17 in their second preseason game.

The game also saw Ewers stand in the pocket to deliver a flatfooted flick pass to Theo Wease Jr. for a 15-yard touchdown to tie the game at 14-14. His ability to read the defense and deliver under pressure was evident as he navigated the offense deep into Lions territory.

Quinn Ewers found more success against the Lions than Zach Wilson, but Mike McDaniel isn't ready to move the rookie up the depth chart.
