Florida's most expensive metro areas for gas include West Palm Beach-Boca Raton ($3.10), Gainesville ($3.06) and Sebring ($3.02). The cheapest markets are Crestview-Fort Walton Beach ($2.83), Melbourne-Titusville ($2.84), Panama City ($2.85).

National gas prices are at their lowest July levels since 2021. Regional prices have also seen a small decline over the last week.

Gas prices are down again in Florida. A week after a double-digit increase, drivers will find a double-digit decrease. As of Monday, July 14, the cost of gas is down by 14 cents a gallon in the state, including South Florida. Prices in the Miami area are nearly a penny higher from a month ago and stand 58 cents lower than a year ago.
