The evening Fantasy 5 numbers of 6, 10, 15, 22 and 36 were on a Quick Pick ticket sold at a Boynton Beach Publix, 6627 Boynton Beach Blvd., and Orlando’s OBT Food Mart, a minimart at the Texaco station at 11205 S Orange Blossom Trail. Each ticket is worth $61,596.

Tyrone Pettiford chose the one-time payment after claiming a $1,000 a Day for Life prize in a CASH4LIFE drawing. He bought it at Winn-Dixie.
