AT&T customers who were impacted by two data breaches that occurred in 2024 can now file a claim to get up to $7,500 in compensation per person. After the company experienced multiple lawsuits, a settlement has now been proposed for $177 million. The settlement still has yet to be approved; a final approval hearing will be held Dec. 3.

AT&T customers may be eligible for payouts of up to $7,500 as part of a $177 million settlement tied to two data breaches in 2024. Customers can submit a claim until Nov. 18.

According to the settlement website, customers who were impacted by either breach will be eligible for a claim. The eligible customers will receive an email notice. Customers who were impacted by both breaches could be eligible for up to $7,500.
