The restaurant’s new name won’t let you forget it: It’s now The Landmark Prime Rib. The Landmark’s menu was designed by Patrick McElroy, who was the hotel’s executive chef from 2015 to 2020.
Its prime rib is slow-roasted for 12 hours and is served with a natural beef jus and horseradish cream. You also have the choice of three cuts: English Cut, Chicago Cut and the 4 Charles Cut.
