Eva Marie went on to push forward as an actress and fitness icon before being re-signed by the company in 2021. Marie was aligned with Doudrop during her brief comeback.

Eva and Doudrop ended up splitting at SummerSlam 2021 that August, resulting in Marie all but disappearing from view, with her last bout taking place on the 20 September 2021 episode of Raw.
