In a game against two defensive juggernauts, Texas A&M dropped its second consecutive game, falling 77-69 to No. 6 Tennessee. Surprisingly, the game came down to who was the better three-point shooter.

Texas A&M's 5-30 showing from the 3-point range, paired with Chaz Lanier's 30 points, led to Saturday's home loss to Tennessee.

After taking the midweek off, Tennessee basketball is back in action with another tough road test on deck. The Volunteers will head to College Station to face No. 7 Texas A&M, who is coming off of a loss to Mississippi State on the road.
