Gillian Smart has the weather forecast, as much of Scotland has been battered by high winds on the third day of Storm Bert.

The Met Office has shared its latest weather forecast for Monday. The short clip shows that Central and Northern areas of Scotland will be hit with wind and rain throughout the day. Heavy rain is expected in parts of the Highlands while gales will batter some of the country's more exposed regions.

Forecasters warn gusts of up to 60mph (96km/h) could cause travel disruption and power cuts.

The yellow weather warnings were issued as the winds are expected to disrupt transport, and bring dangerous coastal and marine conditions.
