Ex- Rutgers star Ace Bailey hasn’t reported to his new team, the Utah Jazz, as of Friday morning. Bailey was chosen by the Jazz with the No. 5 pick in Wednesday’s NBA Draft though it was not his “preferred destination.”

Favors, a former Jazz veteran who spent ten years with the franchise, could be the perfect name for Bailey to look toward in his scenario, joining a brand-new landscape in Utah; someone who was also a young prospect who spent his first years in the league with Salt Lake City, but then grew to make it a long-term spot for some time.

The Utah Jazz selected Rutgers guard Ace Bailey with the fifth pick in the NBA draft. Afterward he spoke with ESPN's Monica McNutt for a quick interview. First, McNutt asked Bailey how he could be so "cool and confident in this moment" given all the outside noise about his pre-draft process.
