The Dallas Cowboys signed defensive end Dante Fowler Jr. to a one-year deal that could reach $8 million, a person with knowledge of the deal told The Dallas Morning News. Fowler spent two seasons with Dallas as a rotational defensive end picking up 10 sacks.
