The Baltimore Orioles have reinstated center fielder Cedric Mullins and infielder Jordan Westburg from the 10-day injured list.

The Orioles have optioned Heston Kjerstad to Triple-A and activated Jordan Westburg and Cedric Mullins off the injured list.
