The departure from HBO Max has nothing to do with its recent depiction of Trump, as it was originally scheduled as part of South Park's new deal.

Soon is actually, well, now. Today, Aug. 5, South Park will be removed from HBO Max. As of this writing, it’s still available to stream there. The specific time of its removal has not been announced.

Viewers will need to find other ways to watch past seasons of "South Park" now that the HBO Max streaming service has removed the series from its platform.
