One of the biggest plays for the Tennessee Titans in their 23-20 preseason victory over the Atlanta Falcons was Gunnar Helm's 25-yard touchdown reception.

Before his relationship with Erin Schassler, Gunnar Helm dated University of Oklahoma student Lucy Tidwell. Tidwell first shared a photo of herself and the tight end on Instagram in January 2022. Tidwell shared additional photos of them during their relationship, including her cheering him on during football season.

As Helm got more settled in looked like the tight end who was a popular target for Arch Manning and Quinn Ewers. In his last season as a Longhorn, Helm set career highs in receptions with 60, receiving yards with 786, and games played with 16. He was also a popular target in the red zone, adding seven touchdowns to his resume.
