Newsmax on Monday agreed to pay $67 million to Dominion Voting Systems in a defamation suit against the conservative media company over 2020 election coverage.

"The pattern of judicial rulings that consistently denied Newsmax due process left the Company to believe it would not receive a fair trial," Newsmax said.

Newsmax said that information was critical for the jury to understand that Dominion had already been compensated, according to Newsmax.
